RETURN POLICY
At The Poshak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please review the following guidelines:
Eligibility:
- We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Please contact us within 5 days of delivery for any problems with your order by mail or text or call us.
- Ship items back to us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@theposhak.com or call us at +15182480257within 5 days of delivery. Certain items such as hand embroidery or hand woven items, and personalized/customized items may not be eligible for return due to customization reasons. Please check the product description for details.
Initiating a Return:
- Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. You can reach us at customerservice@theposhak.com.
- Provide Order Details: When contacting us, please provide your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
- Packaging: Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible, along with any tags or accessories that came with the product.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Inspection and Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds:
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged or defective item).
- Refunds may take some time to reflect on your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Exchanges are subject to availability.
- We will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement item(s) in cases where the exchange is due to an error on our part.
